Promoting Your Fundraising Event

Spreading the Word for Success

Effective promotion is key to a successful fundraiser. To help you achieve your fundraising goals, we provide promotional materials for your event. Your organization is responsible for distributing these materials to your community, including family, friends, teachers, and neighbors. We’ll also provide you with digital promotional assets to share. It’s important to ensure that all attendees either show a digital copy of the invitation or mention the fundraiser before completing their transaction.

Please make sure that the distribution of materials and promotion of the event are completed before arriving at BurnBox® or its surrounding property.

What BurnBox® Offers

At BurnBox®, we are dedicated to helping your organization raise some dough. We provide a dedicated support team to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable experience during your event. Your organization will earn a percentage of the proceeds based on the sales presented with a digital invitation or mention of the fundraiser. The more people you reach and encourage to participate, the more purchases are made, increasing your fundraising success. We are committed to helping your organization thrive, and we’ll calculate the total purchases made under your organization’s name and reach out to your representative.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, please provide us with a 7-day notice. Fundraising events will not be scheduled until the signed contract is returned to BurnBox®. We reserve the right to cancel the contract if any of the specified standards are not being upheld. Thank you for choosing BurnBox® for your fundraising needs and for agreeing to the expectations outlined. Each school and organization is limited to three fundraising events per calendar year. Donation checks can only be made out to non-profit organizations.
